After School Clubs

ASB Parent Board proudly organizes our After School Clubs for extracurricular enrichment.  These clubs enhance our students interests and support learning and growth in areas of Art, Dance, Foreign Language, Lego Technology, Robotics, Coding and Leadership. As many as five clubs are offered each trimester.  
 
Due to COVID-19, after school clubs have been cancelled until further notice.  We invite you to learn more about our previous offerings below.

Total Art Experience (1st - 4th)

Experiment with clay, watercolors, metal tooling, acrylic, chalk/oil pastels and more! Explore design, art history, and culture. Students use their imaginations to turn their ideas into beautiful works of art. Includes a sketchbook and ends with an enriching art show. Dress for mess and join Smart with Art!

Cost: $171 for 7 sessions. Art Club is looking for one parent volunteer to attend every club meeting – in return, your child will be given a free scholarship for Art Club. Spanish Club (2nd-5th)

Join  third grade teacher Mrs. Flores and discover the joy of dancing Latin American music! Kids will improve coordination, motor skills, memory and will gain confidence through the various basic steps of a variety of rhythms. Language will be integrated as directions and some vocabulary will be used in Spanish. Dance, language and culture is what defines this self-expressing club.

 Chess Club (K-8th)

It’s time for your child to flex their mental muscles. Chess4Life will be back on campus to guide our students in the game of chess. Players of all skill levels are welcome, even those who need to start with the basics.  Focus will be on chess fundamentals and game play. Chess Club is taught by Chess4Life.
