Substitute Teacher
Assumption-St. Bridget School is seeking applications to add certified teachers to our substitute teacher pool. We are a mid-size, private Catholic school with grades prekindergarten through 8th grade. Qualified candidates should complete an application through the Archdiocese of Seattle Catholic Schools Department (CSD).

PreK Instructional Aide
Assumption-St. Bridget School is seeking an instructional aide for our PreKindergarten classrooms for the 2023-24 school year. The instructional aide would work alongside the classroom teachers to support student learning, working one-on-one with students as well as with groups of students, under the direction of the classroom teacher. Additional duties include clerical, supervisory, and management tasks. Position is full time and does include benefits.
The successful candidate possesses these characteristics:

- Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Understanding of professional boundaries and commitment to confidentiality

- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative skills; eagerness to work as part of a team
- Completion of all state licensing requirements
HOURS:10:00AM - 6:00PM
Monday-Friday on student contact days
Principal preapproval needed for hours worked outside of this time frame.
40 hours/week
Benefits included for employees over 30 hours.

6th Grade Teacher
Assumption-St. Bridget School is seeking a full-time, dynamic, and innovative teacher for a 6th grade homeroom, ELA, Social Studies and Religion (practicing Catholic is a requirement) for the 2024-2025 school year. Qualifications include WA state certification, commitment to Catholic education, and successful teaching experience. We are looking for a teacher with effective communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a strong background in humanities curriculum.
The successful candidate creates a positive and productive homeroom and classroom environment, differentiates instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, and uses assessments to guide instructional decisions. Assumption-St. Bridget School is a two-parish school with strong Catholic identity, excellent academic programs, and a commitment to on-going improvement. The school has two classes of each grade.
Salary range for this position is $57K-$90K based on years of experience and level of educational credit. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
