ASB Coding & Robotics Club
WHO: Students in grades 2nd-3rd grade. In Spring trimester, join ASB’s very own
Jeri-Su Pruitt for Coding/Robotics Club. Scratch is a powerful, visual, block-based
programming language that enables younger children to intuitively design and
create programs. During this club your child will begin their coding journey by
using a drag and drop system to connect a series of logical blocks that forms the
sequential logic of their program. In addition, they will learn how to create
conditional statements and use variables so that, by the end of our sessions, they
will have the skills to create amazing animations and program Ozobots.
