FACTS: Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Is my information secure?

A. Yes. Your personal information, including payment information, is protected with the highest security standards in the industry.

Q. When will my payments be due?

A. You may choose a payment schedule of either the 5th or the 20th of the month, and your financial institution will decide the time of day your payment is processed.

Q. What happens when my payment falls on a weekend or a holiday?

A. Your payment will be processed on the next business day.

Q. What happens if a payment is returned?

A. Returned payments are subject to a FACTS returned payment fees; watch for a returned payment notice for additional information.

Q. How do I make changes once my agreement is finalized?

A. Changes to your banking information, address, phone number, and email address can all be made online from your FACTS account.

TO EDIT BILLING INFORMATION:

  1. Login into your FACTS account.
  2. From the home screen, click on the grey “ACTIONS” icon next to Payment Plan.
  3. Select “change financial account” and follow the prompts.
  4. Make sure to do steps 2 & 3 for Incidental Expenses as wellA billing change to Payment Plan does not automatically update Incidental billing.

**Please note, all banking changes must be received by FACTS at least two business days prior to the automatic payment date in order to affect the upcoming payment.

Q. How can someone make a tuition payment on my behalf?

  1. Login into your FACTS account.
  2. Locate the “Want to allow a friend or family member to pay toward your balance?” question
    next to the group of people icon.
  3. Click on “Add an Authorized Party”, and follow the prompts.

Q. How can someone take over my payment plan after school has started?

  1. Login into your FACTS account.
  2. From the home screen, click on the grey “ACTIONS” icon next to Payment Plan.
  3. Select “request a new plan owner” and follow the prompts.
  4. The person you request will receive an email invitation to assume ownership.  They must follow the emailed instructions or accept the request to assume ownership.

Q. How do I enroll in incidental auto-pay?

  1. Login into your FACTS account.
  2. From the home screen, click on the grey “ACTIONS” icon next to Incidental billing.
  3. Select “enroll in auto-pay” and follow the prompts.

Q. How can I find information on what I have paid to FACTS during a specific time frame?

  1. Login into your FACTS account.
  2. From the home screen, click on the “View Details” hyperlink next to Payment Plan & Billing.
  3. Click on the “Payments made” tab, fourth from left.
  4. Chose a date range from the drop-down selection, or create your own by choosing “date range” and entering the needed time frame.
  5. You can also filter between “successful” and “unsuccessful” payments by using the right drop-down tool.
  6. Detailed descriptions of each charge are available by clicking on the blue “>” buttons next to each date.

Q. Can I pay my Annual Fund donation or Capital Campaign pledge through FACTS?

A. Yes, please contact development@asbschool.org to have that donation added into your payment plan or invoiced as a single payment.
