Creating a Bibliography from Web
Sites
□
Create
a word document and save it as webbibmlb.
□
Using
the internet, you will go five (5) of the websites below.
□
Open
a new window on the internet, and at the ASB home page, you will go to Citation
maker.
□
Using
citation machine, develop a correct citation for each of the five web sites you
choose. You will copy and paste each
(one at a time) into your word document (remember
to save before going back on the internet).
□
Once
you have all five citations in rough form, you will need to format your
bibliography. Use the reference sheet to
assist you with the correct format.
□
Keep
in mind the following formatting issues:
o
A
heading (Bibliography)
o
A
footer (size 8, same professional font as in document, your name)
o
Single
spaced with an extra return between entries
o
Format
paragraph indentation hanging (dont forget to highlight the entries
first)
□
Review
your document carefully
□
Print
PREVIEW
□
If
it looks perfect, print the document AND PICK IT UP from the printer.
