STUDENT SUPPLY LIST GRADE 1
2007-2008
Basic school supplies for 1st grade students will be
supplied by the school.
PLEASE HAVE THESE ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES ON THE 1ST
DAY OF SCHOOL.
1. A backpack
large enough to hold a folder, lunch box, and jacket. The backpack should zip or fasten shut and be
labeled with
the child’s name.
2. A folder
in the child’s choice of design and color.
Folders with pockets on the bottom are required as they are easier
to put papers
in and hold more work.
3. A box of Kleenex

If
last name begins with: A-
G – 1 pkg. Gallon Ziploc bags
H-
M – 1 pkg. 5 oz. Cups
N-
Z – 1- 12 oz. Hand Sanitizer.
5. A cloth
napkin to be packed daily in the lunch box to be used as a placemat at
lunch.
6. A package of
individually wrapped hard candy for earthquake kits.
7. Would you
please also include in your supplies one package of holiday, birthday or theme
stickers. Themes might include: fall, winter, spring, bugs, pond, flowers or
transportation. Thank you.
Separate P.E. shoes are not required.
However, good sturdy athletic shoes with laces or Velcro are to be worn
on P.E. days. Non-athletic “street”
shoes are not allowed on the gym floor.
